Sir,
The Su-Kam battery bought along with the inverter from Bright'N Power failed after six months from the date of purchase 10th Mar 2011. After repeated complaints it was replaced by a stand-by battery. The original battery was not given back to us in spite of many reminders. Now the stand-by battery is almost dead. We hope this complaint will make the management at Bright'n power solve our power problem.

I have had a similar experience with Bright N Power. My battery is just 1 month old and have not even been provided with a Back up battery. It has been 15 days since my complaint but still no action has been taken till now.
