Dear Sir,

I have bought Lava mobile at the end of 2014 and I had a problem with my battery. I have approached Lava service centre at Ambattur and they said that they will replace new battery within 3 days. They have taken my request at 23rd May. Still I have not got my battery and I am not getting proper response from them. I have been going to service centre but I am not getting a response from them and they are not available even at phone. I have raised a complaint on Lava care customer care but still I have not got any response from them
