Late arival Of Train

Dear Sir,

On dated 26th i board Shiv Ganga from New Delhi to Varanasi, train reached there at 9.00 am. But when i returned from Varanasi i board same train from Varanasi on dated 28th March 2011 at 7.15 pm IIIrd AC B-3 seat no. 31-32 to New Delhi. Its arival time in Delhi is 7.40am and Train reached here at 1300 hrs. in Day time. I have an urgent training in morning at 9.00am , due to this i could not attend the Training programme and i have lost my Rs. 16000/- Will the Railway bear this amount ? I was very tense and mentaly upset on that day. My wife had to join the office and she could not.

Please take some action.
