in shahjhanpur district of u.p. tickiting window person always talk on mobile phone or is indulging in some other work instead of dealing with person standing in line for obtaning ticket.
many passenger missed there trains because of this
looking forward for a quick response

सविनय निवेदन है कि हम रोज आने जाने वाले मासिक सीजन टिकट धारको नौकरी करने वालो विधार्थियों को सुबह १० बजे से पहले कोई भी ट्रेन उपलब्ध नही है जो कासगंज से सीढ़ी कानपूर जाती हो जो एक्स्प्रेस ०५३०६ जाती भी है वह फर्रुखाबाद १०:४५ से ११:३० तक कड़ी रहती है जिसका कोई औच्तिय नही है अतः निवेदनम है कि ०५३०६ का समय सुबह जल्दी करें अथवा कोई नयी ट्रेन चलाये जिससे हम सभी रोजमर्रा के नौकरी पेशा विद्यार्थी एवं कामकाजी यात्री समय से यात्रा कर सके महान कृपा होगी

Sir railway station farrukhabad authority have informed me that train no.14723 kalindi exp.had cancelled today 21.03.11.when i cancelled my ticket no.24580911 pnr no.221-6215629 they cut 250rs. When train was cancelled then how can they cut my money. Please give me a appropriate reson.
