Rajesh Kannan - Not returning the product given for service

Dear Sir,

I purchased a wham mobile from Sangeetha Mobiles, Brigade Road, Bangalore on 20th June 2014. The mobile stopped working after 10 days and collected by them for service on 12th July 2014. After several follow up I was assured that my mobile will be delivered after service on 9th Aug 2014. Sir, I wish to inform you that I have not received my mobile till date i.e. 4th Sep 2014. I do not know the problem but they are extending the date every time. I have tabulated the details hereunder:

Date of collecting the mobile - 12th July 2014
Date of assurance for delivery - 09th Aug 2014 - mobile not delivered
Date of next assurance for delivery- 13th Aug 2014 - mobile not delivered
Date of next assurance for delivery- 29th Aug 2014 - mobile not delivered
Date of next assurance for delivery- 30th Aug 2014 - mobile not delivered
Date of next assurance for delivery- 02th Sep 2014 - mobile not delivered
Date of next assurance for delivery- 05th Sep 2014 - mobile not delivered

Now I am informed that the mobile will be delivered on 8th Sep 2014. Sir, I am mentally disturbed a lot and frustrated. I do not have a phone at home and it is creating a lot of problem due to laak of communication.

Requesting your help to get me out of this truma and get my mobile.

I am not able attach the bill copy and also the acknowledgment for taking the mobile for service as I do not have faciliy.
