I have ordered Gionee marathon m3 mobile, Order No-100049273 on 12th Dec and did several follow-ups for dispatch but the customer care team said that the dispatch will take time, they was not confirming any timeframe. Then on 17th Dec I cancelled the order through customer care executive after several efforts as the customer care executive was not willing to cancel he order. After cancellation she said that the refund will be done in 10 days. Today is 20th Day and I have not received the refund. I have sent several mails and have called many times but no response, now they are not picking the call even. This is the worst service ever. I need my refund asap. Please help.
