I have booked this hotel for December 25th, 2013. But due to unforeseen reason I have to cancel my tour. I have paid 2000 rs as an advance payment and as I have cancelled my booking they told me that they return 80% of the booking value to me. I agreed on that but they repeatedly avoiding me whenever I call and now they given me their managers number (+********2584) but whenever I called him he rejects the call. Its now 6 months but I didn't my money back. I have all the email communications with me regarding booking and cancellation. What to do now. Please suggest me what to do. Do I have to lodge an FIR? How to proceed with that and where to lodge.
