I have paid payment Rs. 8,991 through HDFC Credit Card No 5522 7400 0006 9178 to InfoSecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd (www.timtara.com) for online purchasing Micromax Mobile Canvas II Order No: 10403052, Transaction Id : 10177702 dated 02-03-2013 but now I need to reverse my payment amount by cancelling order because I have made the payment by mistake and I mailed & called to InfoSecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd on Customer Care Telo: 0135-3051500 or Team Lead Tel: 0135-6670700 but they are not replied with no received calls so please do the best from your side soon.
www.timtara.com websites do not delivery product after online payment and I get reviews from (1) www.facebook.com/TimtaraFraud (2) http://cybercrimecomplaints.com 3) www.consumercourt.in (4) www.consumer.org.in 5) www.consumercourt.info (6) cybercrimecomplaints.com (7) MouthShut.com and other several websites. Several clients are facing same problems however why government is not taken any action against this portal.

Timtara never provide any status of order after amount credited to their bank account. Timtara never taking serious to customer’s queries & problems & trying to solve them. Timtara doesn’t have any rules, regulation or norms working as service industry or corporate office.

I have already complained to HDFC Credicard customercare department to stop payment on dated 04/03/2013 within 24 hours (except Sunday) regarding this matter and they did not stopped payment although payment was not cleared (payment is cleared after 72 hours). I have already submitted Dispute form to bank however HDFC bank is demanding to do payment Rs. 8991 within 27th March 2013 otherwise paid penalty. Firstly on dated 04/03/2013, the customercare executive told me that the payment have been stopped but now is not stopped. Why did HDFC Bank not stop payment?
