i have two lpg connection one for me and other one for my inlaws.
lpg no 705044 named Sitaram agrawal
Lpg no 515148 named Harish singhal

in every month up to 15th lpg was refilled of my both connections but from last 5 months it is still delayed and for that i have complained various time but still i am awating for my lpg refill of 515148 and i am shocked to know that as per agency record my no 515148 gas has been refilled but i have not receved till date so. please enquery this metter,i thing they have sold in black.

On telephone enquiry they told to provide my record for this that i have not refill lpg for that i was go to shashi gas agency and provide all record for them on dated 24rth june and they accept of their fault and they commit to refill my lpg within one or two days but till day i am awaiting for refilling.
why it is going on please look in to this metter.

I have been a customer of Shashi Gas Agencies, Jaipur from the last 20 years and till date I have had not even a single complain against them. The staff is always very kind and humble in resolving any issue and the delivery has always been on time. I guess Mr. Harish Singhal should first experience the bad services being provided by other agencies in order to appreciate the current offerings.
