I Gave a order to timtara.com order no.or Transaction I.D 10153457 on dated 06-11-2012 having Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Mobile Phone S6102 (S6102 ) and AO Smith Storage Water Heater SAS-15(30301420) to timtara.com .I paid Rs 13198=00 for both the items by my personal CREDIT CARD.I also attach my CREDIT CARD statement scan copy where Rs13198/-- appear and transfer to timtara.com (as ATOM in details and MUMBAI in merchant city on dated 06-11-2012). Company gave a delivery time within 3 weeks i.e 21 days only.But there is more time the timtara.com take 06-11-2012 TO 06-01-2013 i.e full two month or 60 days. But the delivery was not delivered by the timtara.com till date 06-01-2013. I contact to customer care phone no. 01353051500 several time they will written a complaint regarding my order and assure the delivery is shipped by coming week or in this week.Again i contact the customercare the same process will take and assure to me the complaint was writen and deliver the both the items in this week. BOTH THE ITEMS ARE MOST ADVANCE USE FOR ME ALL THE WINTER SEASON ARE GONE .AFTER WINTER SEASON WHAT I WILL DO WITH THIS GEYSER AND MY CURRENT MOBILE WAS DAMAGED THERFORE I ORDER FOR NEW ONE.AFTER two MNTH NOW IF I PURCHASED FROM MARKET WHAT I WILL DO FOR THIS ONE.MY AMOUNT WILL FIX WITH YOU.
