Dear Sir/Madam,,

Myself Subhash Chandra (Hindi Translator). I had worked with ASO Terra Lingua from month of March 2011. Tilll date i worked for them about INR 97,000.00 in contact with Lincy and Sahana. I finished my work and after few days get words from Lincy that just hold the work and they will let me know after 2-3 days . After 2-3 days get words receptionist that Lincy is not feeling well and admitted in hospital. I waited to Lincy for a month and get mail from Sahana mail account that they are sending me PO. they sent me PO for only INR 4598.00 PO No. ASO - 1520 Dt. 17.03.2011 and asked me for Invoice and I submitetd my invoice on May 11, 2011.

After few days I asked from Sahana and Lincy regarding payment chaque, get workds from them that its on process and we will deliver it within 2-3 days. After few days again I asked from Sahana and Lincy regarding payment. Get same words that we are delivering chaque tomorrow. And same happened 4-5 times. Last week I get words from Lincy that your chaque has been deliverded. But till date I not received any chaque.

I also written a mail to Lincy and Sahana regarding status of chaque but not get any words from them. Now days I am calling again and again to Lincy and Sahana and getting words that Sahana is on leave and Lincy will come after 1:00 PM and when I am callinf after 1:00 PM getting words that Lincy will call you up.

Pls. help me regarding my case.
