My name is Manjit Ojha and am sure you can help me with this.
I facing a big issue in terms of getting my PF amount that I had transferred from Infosys to WNS global services. As per the records of PF department the amount was transferred in Jan 12 however at withdrawal in May 12, I only got the WNS PF amount.
I had sent a number of emails and raised a number of grievances at EPF site and the email ID mentioned on the site, however no one responded on the email and the people handling the grievances don’t read the grievance and mention a standard line that the amount is credited to your bank.
The point here is it’s my money, people at EPF are getting salary from my money and when I go to get my own saving amount, I have to struggle for months and its all because of the corrupted system.
Please let me know how you can help me into this.

I requested to understand why I have not received the amount of Rs. 60151 which was transferred to my PF account no TH/THA/43037/49127 from PYBOM00341********5376 as mentioned in the grievance ID SRBOM/E/2012/01570
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number SRBOM/E/2012/01570.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
On verification it is found that your pf transfer claim in form 13 is settled for rs. 60151/- sent through NEFT on 23/1/2012 and credited on 25/1/2012 to new Pf A/c no TH/THA/43037/49127.
Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.
The claim which has been settled for PF amount is 75108/- and cheque no. 901492, NEFT date 22/05/2012, A/c no. 003********6,FPF amount is 12758/- and cheque no. 929703, NEFT date 25/05/2012 is for PF account number TH/THA/43037/49127.
