I ordered JBL headphone worth RS.899 on Saturday 11th Nov 2017. I prepiad the amount as there was no other option for payment. After successful payment, I haven't received a single mail from this site. They haven't mailed about the delivery of my product nor about tracking my order. I called them on the no. Given on their site. One of them is switched off and other one is unattended till date. I emailed the site about this unprofessional and unsatisfactory service but they didn't mailed back. Now I have paid RS.899 and I have no way to trace them and get my product or money back. This site is endorsing JBL products with padmashree A.R.Rahmans snap on background. The advertisement for this site is on Facebook and Instagram as well.
Hello.. I have also purchased products worth 15k on Nov 10th, 2017. After 5 days I did not get any updates. Today with frustration, I called up my friend who works at Harman to see if this is a fake website or not. Only to my surprise, its not a fake website...
