We request you to update the status for the below mail which is pending for long time. I surprised to see you perform where no one realize the use of RC book.
How long you be expecting your customer to kill time? It is really ridicules and I never expect such most evil response in any showroom.
As per the discussion with Mr. Velu (Sales manager) and my brother today, I tried reaching +9144-24841144, but no response. Hope today 2-Oct-11 might be leave behalf of Sunday.
I request someone to acknowledge this mail and revert me with the time line. Since none afford me proper response through and mail/call.
P.N:- I paid fee inclusive of vehicle registration with appropriate documents/proof.
I am going to put pen to paper a very strong letter to Kun seniors and Honda 2 wheelers sales head/ CEO if there is no reaction.
Request you to prioritize and please response for this to avoid sue against you. Thank you!

This is Selvabharathi R from Chennai. I purchased a Honda active 2 wheeler recently in your showroom (Ashok Nagar).
Initially we received RC book with wrong address, where I requested you to modify with new address. The same has been accepted by you and still I am not received any communication from your side.
Kindly let me know how long will you require for provide me the same? When shall I expect to receive?
I feel tremendous difference on your behavior post buying my vehicle! After buying quotations I used to receive several calls from your side. I am really frustrated by your customer services.
Request you to do the needful at the earliest and confirm. Feel free to reach me anytime undersigned.
