my policy no is 006032462 issued on march2013. at the time of policy opening i give the cheque of 18300.00, but for some reason only 10304.00 is issued to my policy. i am not receive any document and rest of my money yet. repetedly i am inform my agent and branch also. every time they give me a document to sign and every time i submit those documents with id proff.
But the result is zero. There service is too poor and disgusting.
please help me and do something
