ZatSe - Not Providing Promised Service

ZatSe promised to sms and email queries/leads regarding people seeking dance and music classes. In nearly two months they have been able to send only around 5 sms queries and no emails. They claim that they have sent "many" emails regularly, but are not able to reproduce them. Now nobody seems to care. It seems that they have non-existent infrastructure for such service. Our last complaint ID is ZatSe/2011/001268
