MR. RAW - NOT PAYING INCOME TAX AND OCUPAYING LAND

DEAR SIR,

one person in our area is having more assets than income.He has four banglows,others ocupyed land,and others black income. He is working as a land broker.But he is not filling any return file,not paying any tax.

Can you please take action against him.We have doubt that, he is earning in illegal way.
