western Railway - NOT GIVING PROPER INFORMATION

YESTERDAY ON 26TH OF MAY 2011 ,MY SELF WITH MY NRI UNCLE PRAVIN PAREKH HAD GONE AT JORAVAR RAILWAY STATION. MR. PRAVIN PAREKH HAD RESERVED TICKETS WITH HIS WIFE IN A 1 COMPARTMENT IN BHAVNANAGR BANDRA TRAIN.
IN JORAVARNAGAR STATION THERE IS NO SIGN BOARD OF WHICH COMPARTMENT WILL COME AT WHICH PLACE. MR PRAVIN PAREKH CAN NOT WALK FAST DUE TO DIFFICULTY IN HIS LEGS. MANY TIMES WE ASK TICKET WENDOR TO INFORM US AT WHAT PLACE A1 COMARMENT WILL COME.BUT RATHER HE IS NO MOOD TO GIVE PROPER ANSWER HE TOLD US TO STAND AT SOME PLACE, BUT WHEN TRAIN CAME WE HAD TO CARRY MR PARVIN PAREKH TO CATCH OR MATCH AT PERFECT PLACE WHEN A-1 COACH COMES.
MY QUESTION IS WHY MR. TICKET WENDOR DID NOT GIVE PROPER INFORMATION ABOUT COACH LINES.
