I had purchased a Raleigh Magnetic Stationary bike on 26th october2010 from Hypercity , Embassy paragon , Kundallahalli , Bangalore.On regarding same i logged a compaling to hypercity customer service center on 10th November about the adapter issue.since then i have been calling these guys repeatedely but no resolution yet.Everyday morning , its becomes a routine for me to wake up and give a call to hypercity customer service and check the status.everytime i have to share the information with the custome care executives from the scratch.They have initially directed me to store manager Mr.Asfaq but this gentleman doesn't care at all.He committed me to replace my Stationary Bike Adpater , but that has never come and now he is not picking up the phone itself.
