I have subscribed for Outlook Money magazine long days back vied Txn_Ref-no.20100********18 dt.25/07/2010. According to the information's received at my end from their office that I should get my first copy within 4-6 weeks after subscriptions. I have already paid Rs.1950/= for the said magazine.
But it is surprised to see that even after giving full payment , vigourous ,I have not
received yet the first copy of the magazine as per terms & conditions of the transactions letter.
Several verval and email communications had with their manager Mr. Vinod Jhosi,Mr. Pathak time to time ,but they always says sorry and inconviences and assured me to deliver the same. Some of the communication from their end is given below for your ready reference.
I hope they have cheated with me and digected my money. It is therefore requested to help me in this regard so that I get my money back from them as I so far did not receive a single copy after a lapse of six months.

Same is happening with me.
Goutam is lucky to have got at least some response. To me there is no response whatsoever - neither over mail nor they are picking up the phone.
Wonder why should a reputed magazine behave like this.
I support this complaint as same is happening with me. I Have subscribed for business outlook in mid November but till now i havnt received any copy. And the best thing is they are not replying.
I too support this complaint.
However I have received my subscribed magazines but even after 5 months (20 weeks) I have not yet received my free gift which was supposed to reach me after 6-8 weeks of my subscription.
