Sir,

I was a employee of Subhiksha Trading Services ltd during the period of March,2007 to Dec,2008. Due to bad market condition , company had decided to closs down their services from the all region. Due to this , all staff of the above company regioned from their services which I am also to. Not only that , I have also filled-up my Pf form. After passing more than time, I have also filled-up once again form 10C & form 19 and send to Chennai PF office directly. Aftre three or four months later , I saw from chennai website that my pf is rejected and contacted to the concer employee which will not possible for me. Because I dont have any communication address or phone no of the above company.

I am also inform you one vital thing that my mom is a cancer patient and I am not able to bring her medicine due to poor economical condition. In that case I need your intervention for this case.
