Lenovo Warranty - NOT GETTING KEYBOARD REPLACEMENT FROM LENOVO

I booked a complaint for my faulty keyboard on 15th of aug 2013 and i received a service order number indicating the expected date of replacement as 30/09/2013. few days after that the company declined that service order number and assigned another order number whose expected date of replacement was stated 14/10/2013. the dates are often changed and i am suffering from faulty keyboard from almost a month now. further, i tried to contact various concerned departments/persons through email, but no reply from them at all. please help.
