When I was received the Product "DVX595 10 Mega Pixles.Camcorder" Camera It was not functioning. Then I was trying to replace it through your service station at Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Now already 30 days have already gone and I could not get back the product. Today when I am trying to contact with the service station the representative reply that you should send the product thorough Courier and the company will replace it. But it is matter of great regret that I could not able to get satisfactory service from your end.

Please suggest me what can I do now. How I get the product of my money back.
