I 'Rajesh kumar'proprietor of S.R.Electronics was promised in written agreement no 31045 made on 4.05.2009 attached for your kind consideration for a mobile handset(samsung) free with availing the bronze membership of SULEKHA B2B PORTAL by the manager Mr Abhishek khandelwal of Sulekha b2b portal.But this commitment is not fulfilled till today i.e 1.03.2011.I have called so many times and discussed all the matter with Ms Savita and Mr Murli Sr MANAGER IN CHENNAI OFFICE(Mob no 0********10) .But they also said that commitment can not be fufilled.He also said that I may go any where for lodging the complaint and nothing can be done in this matter.I only ask whether these type of big companies can be checked for their commitment and also can be forced to fulfill their commitment at least made in written.Can you please see the matter for justice .
