I travelled from Roorkee to Delhi on 03/02/2011 by Kaling Utkal (18478) Exp in AC II. The Coach provided was too Old to operate, apart from TTE was not provided the complaint book when requested that AC was not working. Why such irresponsibe TTE's should be punished severly, if any passanger makes any mistake railway fines him, but railway staff makes such type of nuisence nobody takes action against him. There are foraighners also travel with this train this is the image we are showing to them they too wnts to complaint but TTE was not avalible in coach
