Sir,
I booked ticket from Allahabad to New delhi PNR No. ********86 thru
irctc train no.2501 porvottar sampark kranti express date of jouney:15-7-10
On reaching allahabad, i was informed train is late by around ten hrs.
I travelled to new delhi by another train on fresh ticket and filed TDR for refund.
But railways refunded only 50 % as cancellation charges and replied Train was late by less than 3 hrs.
I also checked up delay from railway site at time of filing TDR and it showed delay for more than 12 hrs.
Sir, kindly let me know How can i get back my balance 50 % refund and who will provide me correct information on delay of that train on that particular date from allahabad station.
