I BOOKED A TICKET FROM DELHI TO KOLKATA BY FLIGHT 6E-209 FOR 16TH JULY 2010 HAVING PNR NO.Q678AE AND BOOKING REFERENCE 1207104341 ON 12TH JULY,2010. WHICH WAS CANCELLED ON 15TH JULY 2010 FOR UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUND OF THE MONEY IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT BEING DEDUCTED AS CANCELLATION FEES.
