I had placed an Order for Amazon Kindle. I was informed that there is a delay in shipment and I was told that I could cancel the order. I cancelled the order.

Amount Rs13,252.50.
I have still not received the refund of Rs 13252.50.
I have sent mails and called them at 022 ********. I have chatted with them in the site http://www.shopyourworld.com/
Everytime I am told I will get refund within 10-15 days. It is now three months. I asked for the address they don't reveal address.
