The Total Amount for the Product was INR 23415 which I paid using my City Bank Credit Card. The transaction was complete and the product was shipped through DHL. As the consignment reached my town I got a call from DHL and they demanded for an amount of INR 5136 for Customs Duty Fee. I send a mail to the Mobile Repeater soon after and they confirmed through a email that I can pay the amount and send them the receipt so that they can refund the amount to me. I did the same send the documents to them for refund. Now the company is telling that they can refund only 20 USD which is breach of contract. They have cheated me since no where during the transaction it was mentioned that Customs Duty has to be paid by the Customer.

Kindly take steps to clear the complaint and get my refund
