My mob No. is ********40 (Airtel). Approximately 2-3 weeks before my mobile was activated with SMS pack automatically and an amount of Rs 24/ was deducted from my account. I spoken to custoer care, they deactivated the SMS pack and said the amount cannot be refunded back. On 3 Jun 2012 I again received the massage " 1000 Local/STD SMS pack has been activated on your mobile @Rs 24 valid for 10 days". After receiving the massage I spoken to the customer care and they have register my complain (CBDCC30********4 dated 3 jun 12 at 20.48hrs) and assured within 48 hrs my amount will be refunded. Time passed and I tried to contact customer care, now they don't respond to my call. Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you Sir.
