I was on a holiday trip to kanyakumari. I booked an online ticket from elineservices.com from Nagercoil to Chennai for 6 passengers on 02.12.2010. The ticket was in waiting list and was not confirmed. i arranged other vehicle & came to chennai from where i proceeded to Assam, where i am working.
I contacted many times with the manager of elineservices(Mr. Daniel) and everytime i got the response that it will be refunded, but i could not got the refund till date.
Now he has started making excuses that this refund problem is due to the problem at ccavenue avenue the agency for transaction of money during online booking. now i am losing hopes of getting the money. the amount is Rs. 3852/ and the transaction id/PNR no is -ELB000002036.
please help.
