Sub: Non Receipt of Family Pension commuted amount and less payment of monthly pension as per PF Act 1952
Ref: PF A/c No MH/30998/100 & MH 3501/10686(old)
I was a member of PF EPF scheme since from 1980. The Details are as under:
1. I was working in MSTC Ltd (Government of Maharashtra undertaking) .I was a member of PF EPF for the period from 12.05.1980 to 31.12.2003 for 23 years of continuous service. My PF account No was MH/ 3501/10686
2. Then I was working with KEM Hospital Research from 28.10.204 to 30.05.2005. My New PF Account was MH/30998/411.
3. My old PF Account was transferred from PF regional Office Nagpur to Pune as per confirmation letter received from PF Office Nagpur Letter No MH/3501/10686/Acct-J/PF/NGP/430 dated 03.01.2006 ( PI 10/1670 dated 16.02.2005)
4. This was confirmed by your office vide your office letter No:MH/PF/RO/PN/XVIII/1285 dated 25.03.2006.
5. Thus my total membership of PF EPF was for the period 12.05.1980 to 31.12.2003 i.e. 23 years of continuous service & from 28.10.2004 to 30.05.2005. During the period full amount of Family pension scheme contribution was paid.
6. I had applied for pension vide application submitted to your office Letter No: KEMHRC/VSP/Dir/255 dated 16.05.2007.
7. As I was a member of PF- EPF for more than 24 years continuous service and the full amount of EPF Scheme contribution was paid I am therefore entitled for full pension as per Provident Fund Act 1952.
8. However to my surprise and after almost 3 years continuous follow-up with your office an amount of Rs 1065 p.m. is being received to credit of my SBI Savings account from May-2010.
9. I am entitled for Full pension plus commuted pension amount with interest from date of my application submitted to your office that is from 16.05.2007.
10. I had visited your office twice but no satisfactory replies are received from the concerned. I am told that the letter in this regard is being sent to you and if you do not satisfy, then you come with the letter.
11. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter personally and see that I am paid full amount of monthly pension and also the commuted amount with up to date interest thereon w.e.f.16.05.2007.

I fully agree with this.
Mos of the staffs are so arrogent and not cooperative.
Whenever you visit they buy the time and inform either the superior is not available ask for some record which might be already with them. They must change this attitude and they must think that they are occupied the chair/getting salary from the hard earned contribution of the poor people.
