I have had taken subscription of GEO/Outlook Money and Outlook Traveller Magazine in Nov/Dec 2012, and the started rec the magazine from January 2013 onwards.

Till Date for all the months except Jan/Feb I have to follow up for the Outlook traveller ( sub no -70385)issue and call the sub dept atleast 2-3 times before the same is delivered.

Same goes for Outlook money ( 151459) , which is a fortnightly magazine , I have recd only 6 issues till date and that too after repeated calls and exchange of mails.

I never felt like I had taken a subscription but it was more like recovering my money from the group.

Pls can some one look into the same and help in continued rec of magazines
