1. Reference is made to my letters dated 21 Jul 11 and 12 Oct 11, and your cco northern railway letters no Y/MISC/REKH/CDG/NDCR/1031101107/07/2011-12 and3.CDG.1031101107.7.11 dtd 24/08/11. File Number -Y/MISC/REKH/CDG/NDCR/1031101107/07/2011-12 and Claim No 1031101107 is for ready reference.

2. I have booked my luggage from Jorhat Railway Station (JTTN) to Chandigarh Railway Staion (CDG) on 21 May 11 vide RR-436760 Ex JTTN-CDG of 21-5-11. Out of four luggages, i have got three and one black steel box is still out of destination.

2. It is requested that i had submitted all the required documents as referred in your ibid letter, but till now i have neither received any reminder or about location of my luggage. Now my luggage is out of destination for about 11 months. I had personally gone to Ambala Cantt, Ambala City Parcel offices, but didn’t get any clue about my luggage. Further Chandigarh Parcel Office is not helping me in this case; they are not attending me properly. Please do needful and advice me for further action. As I have asked earlier, want my luggage back as there are many important things in it. I have full faith on Indian Railways and I know Respected Sir, you will not let me down. That is why I am still waiting for my luggage.

3. So my humble and sincere request is that my luggage to be traced and bring back to me. In view of the all above, i request you to help me out to get my luggage back. I will be highly obliged.
