This is in reference to redemption code 2572225 and notebook serial no INA049P959. I had purchased a HP Pavilion dv6 3116-tu notebook on 28th of feb 2011 from kumar associates srinagar (grahwal), uttarakhand under love bundle offer according to which I was to receive my redemption gift worth Rs.3500 (including two snap-ons, headphones, 4gb pendrive and mouse) within 1 month of date of purchase.

I had sent a mail mentioning my redemption code 2572225 along with the required documents (scanned copy of my purchase bill) on 7th of march to HP. I received an approval mail from HP on 8th of march stating that my documents and claim has been verified,approved and my redemption gift will reach me in 3 weeks or so.
I am yet to receive my redemption gift worth Rs 3500 and am very dissapointed by HP's inefficient service. Also despite my repeated requests and polite co-operation, there has been no proper communication or satisfactory answers from HP's end. I was always given false deadlines and promises which were never fulfilled by HP. Please look in the matter immediately and do the needful to resolve this issue.

P.S. - I have all the proofs of e-mails sent by me to HP and their responses to my e-mails in my e-mail account. Also please check the attachments wherein I have sent the scanned copies of my purchase bill.

I will be highly obliged by your kind immediate actions regarding my complaint.
