I worked with WNS Yerwade Pune ( Air Canada CBO) since 11th July 2008 till 15th June 2009. My employee ID was 117270.

So far I have received only PF amount Rs.35,545/-.vide cheque no. 627164 DT 26-10-2009 (PF Office letter ref no.********/THA-13/MH/43037/30647/89376 DT 26/10/2009) (My Bank of India old A/C no. 050210110000826) According to the regional PF office, Thane I should receive pension amount. However, 10C form forwarded to the PF office regarding that amount has been twice rejected (Reason: unknown) . The latest date of rejection by PF office is February 2011. In December 2010 I myself had paid a visit to PF office Thane regarding pension amount recovery. At that time they had given form 10C to be duly filled in and sent to PF office. On the same day I went to WNS Yerwade and filled the form in front of PF Dept's concerned person. This form has been sent to PF office.

It seems that to receive the pension amount you require a single-holder A/C. Presently I have such SB Account with ICICI Bank, (MICR No. ********2) Cheran Plaza ,1619, Trichy Road , Coimbatore -641114, Tamilnadu branch, Savings Bank A/C 001********7.

I hereby request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in recovering my pension amount which could be deposited into my aforesaid ICICI bank A/C at Coimbatore. It has been already too late to recover this amount. My mobile no. 0********32. Kindly confirm me the receipt of this mail.

I had worked with WNS Global Services Pvt.Ltd,Yerwade, Pune since 11th July 2007 up till 16th June 2009. Within 3 months after resigning WNS service my Provident Fund amount had been duly deposited in my the then Bank Of India, Hadapsar Br., Pune A/C# 050210110000826. However, I have not yet received my pension amount vide cheque no. 35545, dated 26 October 2009, worth Rs.6,27,164/- as per the email message from WNS PF helpdesk, DT.21 June 2011. The Account Closure Statement of Bank Of India, Hadapsar Br enclosed herewith does not show any evidence of deposition of this amount. Kindly also note that this account has already been closed on 22nd June 2010.

Hence, Considering that you have not deposited such cheque into my Bank Of India, Hadapsar, Pune branch, I hereby humbly request you to kindly deposit it into my present ICICI Bank (MICR No. ********2) Cheran Plaza ,1619, Trichy Road , Coimbatore -641114, Tamilnadu branch, Savings Bank A/C 001********7 as soon as possible.
