Andal Homes at Yapral is a gated community venture being developed by SLV Estate Pvt Ltd. From the naration, brouchers and CD made available by the exicutives, I had paid a token advance for possession of a villa on 23 Sep 2011. From the next day I was asking them for a proper sale agreement and construction agreement but after completion of nearly 10 month neither they provided the same or even bothered to send the replies to my mails. In the mean time they have registed the plot on my name but refulsed to give the original sale deed. Further misarable thing is that the construction is at initial stage as on date and GOD alone knows when it complete. On being interacting with some other customers it came to know their case is also not different. I can't understand what is the problem in giving the proper document as per policy in vouge and even after knowing the position and practice of the company why these exicutives are traping the customers. As far as my case is concerned one Mr Ram Naresh is the exicutive.
By submitting this complaint I am requesting to the authority concerned to help me either to get the proper documents (as per law) or give the refund of complete amount with normal interest.
I completely support Ajith. I had paid advance some where in 2008 but with no proper papers and no approval for the land we requested for reimbursement. It was a struggle to get back the money we paid as advance. After one and half years they returned our money. this project is a failure from the beginning.
