I am submitting a complaint against this company and its management for constantly lying and misleading us. We completed a project last April with a written agreement that we will get our payment after 60 from project completion. Our payment was due last july but until now we havent got our full payment. They only processed a 1/3 of the total after sending them tons of emails begging them to release the money. I got an email from a top official that they will process it 2 days ago, but until now, no payment was made. They always do that, making promises of payment on a certain date but when the time comes, they always come up with several excuses. What is alarming is, the top officials are the ones giving these lies, which reflects the company's unethical values which should not be tolerated. Its very concerning because they betrayed our trust and we also foubd out that they also did the same to other vendors like us. PLease investigate and help us recover our payment which we worked hard for.
