My previous Company, Future Focus Infotech, I worked for 4 months.The location head Avishek Mukhopadhyay & our manager Swarupa Chakrabarty from Kolkata office called & terminated my employment saying I haven't met my recruitment targets & on the same day they told to resign 25th November 2016 without any notice(Its written in offer letter 1 week notice for probation period employees) & that time HR Divya of head office Chennai had told I will get my salary by Dec 10 but its nearly been 1 month now & they are not paying the salary. When I call they said I will get in January I.e after 2 months.Neither they are sending me PF withdrawal forms. Please Help me & advice if I can sue them legally. Write at consultantzeba@gmail.com
