Respected Sir/Madam,

I Mohammed Siraj have worked for TRIG DETECTIVES (P) Ltd., Sikh Village Road, Diamond Point, Secunderabad-500009 till may 31st 2017. There were regular deduction of EPF amount (both employers and employee's) from my salary as per my salary slips by TRIG DETECTIVES (P) Ltd. My account/UAN Number given by them is 100********4 and their Establishment Code is APHYD00********

I formally resigned with notice on 31.05.2017. In June 2017 after leaving the job I submitted an application for the refund of EPF since I did not intend to take up any job. It has been 6 months since I quit and i first submitted my pf application on 10 October 2017 after getting signed papers from the company ,it came as rejected for authorization signature and again on 31 October 2017 I submitted again afterwards to Pf office Hyderabad.Now 3rd time on 17 November I submitted the application forms 10C and form 19 for withdrawal again. Till now its still kept in inward section of PF Office, Hyderabad and not even forwarded to the concerned officer. And even after doing all this and finding out the issues happened,till date I have not received my Provident Fund Amount.

Please Kindly look into the matter so that I get the amount early please.
