Have Worked in Domech eng p ltd since 25/4/2004 to 31/3/2008 .
Left the company & claiming for my pf since 4/6/10 & send the epf form dually filled as per requirement from vadodara(Gujarat) & send the same through courier on 4/6/10 by maruthi courier with no- 5075 & couriered the other reqd cancel cheque as reqd by domech on 21/12/10 by DTDC with CN NO- A19973781 & the same was received/submitted to pf office confirmed by domech company .
My Domech pf no- was MH 43200/583 confirmed by them.(my name in their record may be raja anil/ anil sharma) but till date they are making fool of me that have cleared the pf/ you will get the pf soon to your account - no fund transfer till date .

Pls see to it as am need of money very badly.
Pls find herewith enclosed scanned copy of new dually filled pf form from vadodara/ snanned copies of courier slips- 02 nos.
Hard copy will send through courier to your mumbai address(Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341/Bandra(east) 400051) .
