Maharashtra Seamless Ltd has come up with a new 6.0" project at Mangaon. My payments of Rs 72 L are held up since last 18 months.

The plant was commissioned in 2012 but was soon shut down due to quality issues. MSL buyed cheap unproven Chinese technology mill & had quality issues. Due to bad management of the project, the product could not be produced as per the specs. Now MSL is refusing to pay vendors. I would request similiar affected persons to contact back, for joint action against MSL (D. P. Jindal group)
