A Credit Card NO. 4006 6760 8406 7506 has been issued by the SBI against a 12month FD of Rs. 50,000/- with 12 installment of Rs. 4495/- each, and a Certificate has been issued vide No. ********00-8, Account No.31033304279 on 23.1.2010 to be matured on 23.1.2011, for amouny of rs. 53068.00, by GE CAPITAL GURGAON, 12TH FLOOR, INFINITY TOWER DLF PH.II GURGAON 122002

I have neither used the said credit card not avail any other facility against the said card, I have paid 11 installments, the concerned person refused to return me my money and have given no response since then.

Complainant's Goal: to return my month with interest and panelty till date

Complainant's Target: state bank of india and GE CAPITAL GURGAON,
