I have purchased EON Sporetz from LIBRA Hunai Dhanbad . Dealer has not paid the corporate tie up discount with PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK employee . I have also made a complain to toll free no , as per him we will see this matter . Please suggest me under what rule I can complain in consumer court.
