Traveller - Non display of correct reservation chart at Chennai, non provision of water

I have traveled from MAS to Rjy on 7 october 2011. I have been waitlisted in the train coromandal express. I have checked the reservation chart, which is kept on the road side at Chennai central. My WL was 125. It was not indicated in the List placed outside the station. Luckily I had checked on the PC. It was confirmed. Railway authorities at Chennai are negligent and causing difficulties to the passengers.

I have traveled back to Trivandrum from Chennai on 13 October by Trivandrum Mail. Water was not filled in most of the sleeper compartments of Trivandrum Mail. I have traveled in S11 compartment on 13 / 10 / 2011. Not even single toilet was provided with water.

Request Indian Railway Authorities at Chennai to look into this matter and take appropriate action to provide basic facilities such as providing correct reservation chart and water facilities on trains starting from Chennai Central.
