I had purchased a mobile from site Letsbuy.com. I got a SMS on 12 Aug 10 that the product has been sent through DTDC courier and my shipment's AWB no is v03613420. The product was shipped on 10 Aug 10 as per the Courier site->tracking shipment. However, the shipment is still not received by the customer till 20 Aug 2010/1400h failing which I am writing this complaint to you hoping to get some answers. I am disabled and I do online shopping for my convenience and this time it didn't work the previous times. After contacting myself the courier company three-four times, I was given the information that my shipment is lost. I want the shipment to be delivered immediately or if lost, I want the money back.
