Dear Sir,

I am Lal Mohan Patnaik and the Indane Gas Connection is in my name. Consumer No. is 28686. I have booked a refill cylinder on 04/03/2014 via IVRS through the mobile. On the very day I got a message from the message centre as follows :
"Dear Indane customer, against your refillbooking 452340, cashmemo3000082886 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly"
Since 04/03/2014, i.e. the date of receipt of the message, we have eagerly waited for the refill to come and not even left our house for a while, because prior to this during last booking also the delivery men has taken back the cylinder, and on being contacted over phone he told that he has left the place, though he was near our house within 500 meter. He advised to book afresh. This time, we were very careful about this. The delivery man has not come to our place during these days. However I got a message on 07/03/2014 that against my refill booking 452340, cashmemo 3000082886 cancelled. We were all along in our house and never gone to any place. Even my neighbors will vouch for this.

Kindly intervene in the matter and use your good office to eradicate this malpractice being done by the delivery man. We tried to contact the dealer point over phone also, but no one there bothered to reply the phone call. Now I have to book the refill afresh and it will take another 10 to 15 days for delivery and who knows the delivery man will play mischief again.
