Sudev Fashion - Non-delivery of product and amount not refunded

I ordered a dress material from www.sudevfashion.com on 17-May-2017, Order Id is 100000481. They failed to deliver my product and on 27-May-2017 informed me that my parcel has been lost by courier boy. They offered a replacement which i refused and I asked for the refund on the same date. It has been more than 2 months now but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I have made numerous mails but they have been dilly dallying this issue. They are constantly pressurizing me to go for any other product.
Their callous attitude towards my repeated pleas has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and worry.
Complainant's Goal: Refund the amount of my order and make the defaulter party pay penalty.
