Valuemart Gold - non delivery of online prepaid product even after one year

I have booked one 10 gm Sachin tendulkar silver coin by making online payment of Rs 950 on 14/05/2013 through the company's (Valuemart gold, Bangalore) website and received my order no. as 139. But after months of query and phone calls from my side the company goes on giving date upon date without sending the coin. Again during one of my query in march this year the company told that there is no more stock of 10 gm coin and I can now buy a 20 gm coin within seven days of sending the difference amount of Rs. 1549. I again made an NEFT of the said amount in there bank account on 20/03/2014 which they acknowledged but still I haven't received the product. Now after almost one year and after taking the full payment in advance they are citing the reason that mine is a non delivery area by blue dart courier. Even they didn't respond to my calls now. I have mailed them the details of consignments i received from other companies through blue dart courier right upto my door steps whose local office is just within 2 kms of my residence but still they are telling the same and not sending the product. It is really irritating and gross abuse of consumer rights. Please help and suggest what to do now
