I had purchased a software "Blacklist Mobile" from Nokia Ovi Store on 2 April 2011. a copy of the email recpt is attached below.
I recently reset my phone and upon trying to download the same software from my ovi account, it asks me to pay once again. I got in touch with Nokia customer care via mail and after couple of mail, they sent me a link on my moblie which did not work, so I got in touch with them over phone, the customer care representive instead of help started giving all sort of excuses. first he told me i have changed my Handset so I will have to repurchase the same, upon giving him my IMEI number, he comes up with a excuse that after a year of purchasing the software if i try to download I will have to pay again. this is the terms and condition of ovi stores.
I am very shocked!!!!!! it a full version i paid for and am not trying to download any upgrad version, then why pay for it again?????
no where in the ovi did i read this terms and conditions. I have to warn every nokia user that nokia is CHEATING its users. please thnk twice before download any paid softwares form NOKIA.
I asked the CSA to give me the link or terms and condition in writing to which he denied saying He can only tell me over the phone that this is he tems of NOKIA.
